Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026
By using this website or requesting a journey, you agree to these terms.
The service
Zaphira Path LLC is a small, founder-operated service using a single vehicle (Toyota Camry SE, up to 4 passengers). Service is by advance reservation and subject to availability.
Requests are not bookings
Submitting the form sends a request only. A journey is confirmed only when Zaphira Path sends you written confirmation. Prices are quoted individually for each journey.
Service area
We serve Charlotte, NC and nearby areas. Trips outside North Carolina are considered by inquiry only and may be declined.
Passenger conduct
- Passenger count and luggage must fit safely in the vehicle.
- Seat belts must be worn. Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted.
- We may decline or end a journey if safety is at risk.
Payment, changes and cancellations
See our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Delays
We plan carefully, but traffic, weather, flight changes and other events outside our control can cause delays. Please allow extra time for time-sensitive travel.
